HEALTH Minister Simon Harris has blasted apparent footage of a busy Temple Bar pub as an “insult to the efforts” of healthcare staff working to fight Covid-19. Footage purporting to show a busy Temple Bar boozer has been shared widely on social media. And Harris said there is “very clear public health advice” against large groups of people being in one place during the coronavirus outbreak. He tweeted: “Not far from here, nurses & doctors are working to prepare for the impact of a global pandemic. “Everyone is working 24/7. This is an insult to their efforts. There is very clear public health advice. Follow it. All options will be kept under constant review.”
