Tommy Robinson’s conviction for contempt of court has been overturned after a court ruled that the process leading to the conviction of the former leader of the English Defence League ‘was flawed.’
Lord Chief Justice Lord Burnett, along with two other judges, quashed a finding of contempt, ordering a fresh hearing of the allegation. Robinson did not attend court but witnessed his appeal hearing via videolink. Robinson’s supporters broke into applause as Lord Burnett announced the decision, prompting the judge to order “silence.”In a summary of the judgement the trio of judges wrote: “Once the appellant had removed the video from Facebook, there was no longer sufficient urgency to justify immediate proceedings.” LEES VERDER BIJ RT

  1. Wat ben ik blij dat u niet de wet bepaald. Al zou die wel heel simpel zijn.

    Overigens, als het u in Nederland niet bevalt dan kunt u altijd nog officieel naar Engeland of Ierland immigreren. Hoeven wij ook niet meer te betalen voor uw advocaat.

  2. Er komt een nieuwe rechtszaak, sneuneus. Kun je nou niet 1 keer een keer je best doen en opschrijven hoe het werkelijk zit? Je hoeft het alleen maar over te tikken.

  3. Als de GB ‘deep state’ het recht normaal laat toepassen, is er teveel reuring in combinatie met relatieve onbelangrijkheid van- of heimelijke collaboratie bij deze Robinson kwibus.
